Hi,

I placed an order for a 14780 Alphacool Core RX 9070 XT Aorus Elite with Backplate last week.
The item is in stock (more than 50 units available), but my order is stuck in 'In process' since it was ordered.

When can I expect this to be shipped out?

Thank you. Unfortunately, I can’t give you any concrete information at the moment. The order is currently stuck in the system. It should have been picked and shipped already. This needs to be clarified by our support team. They are aware of the issue and are working on it.
