Order Tracking, Package is stuck not moving out of Germany?

The package has been in "Handed over to Shipping" and "Tracking Number Created" for more than a week. It should have already cleared customs and been "In Transit" by now.
What is going on with German shipping/customs?

I am getting much quicker service from the Chinese at AliExpress what is going on over here? Are you guys getting it from China or something? What the hell?
Can somebody just send me this already? The shipping is extremely expensive you guys need to do a better job about this. What is going on?

If you guys think it's not your problem because "It is the fault of the postal service" then I will need somebody from AlphaCool to sort this out for me because I don't speak German I doubt I can do anything about this.

I look forward to a prompt response.

Ok, it was my mistake sorry about that.
When I use the tracking number in Google it seems to use the wrong service to locate it.
It is using USPS instead of DHL. As of today, it is still reporting the wrong information. Perhaps because DHL has not yet handed it off to USPS.
