Hello,

I'd like an order update please. All items in my order are still shown as in stock yet after a whole week it hasn't yet been shipped. I see a shipping label was created with UPS on the 24th, and full payment from my account on the 25th, for an order placed on the 23rd. Where is it?

Why haven't you shipped after the order is marked as Picked?

You’ll need to contact support about this. The package should already be packed and registered with UPS, but no tracking number has been entered. So at this point, I can’t say anything further. The colleagues will need to check what the issue is — or whether there’s even an issue at all, and perhaps the tracking number just wasn’t uploaded into the system.

You will still need to contact support. They can take a closer look at the shipping details. I don’t have access to those interfaces, so unfortunately I can’t help you with this. The colleagues will need to check it. It could be a simple transmission error, or it could be something entirely different, but I really can’t say. So please contact support at info@alphacool.com.
