Order update

How can one get an update for an order?
This is the 3rd week of waiting and absolutely no updates.
I've also sent e-mail to info@alphacool.com last week and haven't received any response yet.

Yes, I have checked multiple times since ordering.
I have received the initial order e-mail and nothing after that. Checked for UPS notifications too and didn't see any like that either.
