Replacement thermal pads

I have Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO 360mm on a Inno3D GeForce RTX 3090 iChill X3 Is it possible to buy a pack of replacement thermal pads that came with it ?

I am sorry but we don´t sell pre-cut thermal pads for our different water blocks. You can check in the manual which thickness you would need and you can purchase them as example from us.

Thanks for the reply so I need to get 1mm - 2mm - 3mm sheets i don't know what 11W or 14W means a lot of the site stays in German even when in English. Could you suggest what i need to order

Hi,

which thermal pads you are using is up to you. The higher the W/mK the more heat can be transferred. Original included are our 1mm Rise Ultra Soft with 7W/mK and for the backplate our 3W/mK Ultra Soft pads. The important part is that the thickness is correct.
