Shipment/Delivery?

Hi. Just curious about when exactly will the stuff ordered be shipped to my address. When I was ordering and when i actually paid with money for the order, everything was in stock... So, where're you shipping from, Mars? I mean, it's Europe, you received payment, just need to send it to warehouse, or i don't know... It's not like someone has to ride a horse to other side of Europe, is it? Thank You!

I can look into your order, but I will need the order number to do so. Then I might be able to provide more information. An invoice number will work as well.

Swell... So when you look into my order it will magically be dispatched? Or is that just so I can be informed that the stuff i paid, and was marketed as 'available' on your shop, will be delayed for I don't know how much time/days? It's a simple question in fact. Merchandise that was ordered from half around the world, the same day when I paid your stuff, has already arrived, and yours hasn't even been shipped yet? I mean I don't wanna diss You, but all-in-all, that's not how would one run a business, except if one has, and that's probably the case, different approach to corporate and the 'we'll deal with it later' approach to little customer. And when one pays, and that stands for every service, one expect to be serviced. Thanks.

I understand that one can be frustrated and significantly upset. Sometimes you need to vent.

First, I need to look at your order, as I cannot guess what the specific problem with your order might be. How else can I answer your question about your specific order?

Your order is in the system at the warehouse but is currently not at the top of the picking list. I assume that it will be picked tomorrow and shipped tomorrow or the day after. From the information I have received, the warehouse staff are struggling to keep up with the orders.

We are currently experiencing a massive luxury problem. The number of orders has increased dramatically, far above the usual level. This is good for us, of course, but it also means that we simply cannot keep up with everything. That is simply a fact.

Of course, this doesn't help you, as you are accustomed to different delivery times and are rightly upset. Unfortunately, I really don't have a magic wand I can wave to speed things up, that's true. At this point, I can only say that we are sorry and ask for your patience. But I think you should have your goods by the weekend.

Well, a little know_how_communication can do wonders, just like magic wand, so I thank You for Your patience with me, and that's just about the answer I was looking for. I just want to emphasize that this communication is far more important, at least to me, than couple days more of delivery time. Thank You Eddy, you make wonders really! Kudos to You!

Thank you, first and foremost, for your understanding. I understand the need to vent frustration, as we are all customers in our private lives too.

The frustrating part about our communication is that our automatic email system is currently partially nonfunctional, and we need to completely reset and reactivate it. This is supposed to be tested tomorrow. Otherwise, you would have received at least some status updates.
But sitting there as a customer without any information really sucks.
At the moment, it seems like there's a bug in the system. I'm not sure if this idiom is known in English, but it means that things are not running smoothly at the moment.

Again, sorry for the whole situation. Still, I hope you have a good start to your week and enjoy it.

@Eddy can you please look into my order 30196983. When I placed the order, the site said there was stock. I just haven't heard anything. Since I used PP I can't look at my orders online.

The pre-orders for this cooler are currently among the highest of all coolers. There are two shipments on the way, but they will only suffice for half of the pre-orders. Additional shipments are expected early next month. Since you only placed your order last week, I wouldn't count on receiving the cooler before early to mid-next month. There are still several hundred customers ahead of you who ordered earlier. We have more pre-orders for the 5XXX coolers than we had for the RTX 3XXX and RTX 4XXX combined. Unfortunately, you will need a lot of patience, I'm sorry.

Just wanted to make a follow-up on this... Seems that shipment is on it's way by DHL, and it'll arrive on monday, so all in all good job! I was very impatient to be honest. Thanks for Your work guys!
