Solo LT copper plate corrosion and pump noise

Hi Alphacool,
I have a LT solo that i have been running for a couple months now and it seems to be having problems. I noticed some temperature increases so i took it apart to inspect, the copper fins were badly discolored and clogged and the pump itself was making noises when running (different than normal). Are there replacement parts available for these?

Here we go,
I was able to clean some of the corrosion away but you can see the center track where the jet plate sits is still black and rough along with the other staining all around the grooves of the plate.

Hi there, this does not look good at all. If you want we can send you a new cold plate to replace this one.

That would be great and solve half the issue.

The second problem is that also the pump sounds like it is on its last lap, it will oscillate from normal operation sound to something loud and horrible. Is there a way I can replace just the pump itself?
