The status has been blocked in "The order is in process" since December 22nd.

Hi, I'm also stuck on the "in process" status with my order no. 30212898 since December 26th.

The 26th was a holiday. The 27th and 28th were weekend. The 29th and 30th were normal working days. The 31st was either a working day, a half working day, or completely free. The 1st was a holiday. The 2nd was a working day, and the 3rd and 4th were weekend again.
