I placed order 30196249 on March 22nd for a Zotac 5080 Solid OC waterblock, and as of June 19th, nearly THREE MONTHS later, I still do not have a shipping date for my order.

It feels like even if every single person who bought an RTX 5080 had ordered a waterblock from Alphacool, they still could have produced enough to cover all the orders by now. The reality is much more annoying, because very few GPU buyers actually watercool their cards.

I also paid for "premium shipping" - what a joke.

Frustration rising.

We’ll be able to ship your order in about 1–2 weeks. By then, we’ll have enough of the cooler in stock to fulfill all existing orders.

Premium Shipping means that your order will be prioritized for packing and shipped out faster — once the item is in stock. If the product isn’t available yet, there’s nothing to pack faster. And at this point, nearly everyone is choosing Premium because everyone wants their order faster. And when almost everyone selects it...

Of course, the situation is frustrating — I completely understand. No one wants to wait. The current demand is extreme. At this point, we’re doing everything we can, including running production almost around the clock.
