Hi, yesterday I emptied the loop, I immediately noticed cracks in the plexiglass, what happened? I never opened the water block. email support is not responding.

what happened to my waterblock?
I am shocked.

I had to empty my PC for fear of causing damage.
I hope support reply to my email soon.
