How do we disassemble the gpu I cannot find any instructions on how to do this?

HI,
I am sorry but I can´t help you with a how to specially for this GPU. But you can find a lot of videos on youtube how to dissambly a GPU. THe technik and process is always the same. remove first all Screws and the baclplate. Then the next screws. and remove the front cooler. Attention there, that you have to remove the cables from the PCB.
