Thermal pad placement nitro 7900xtx

Hello people. Hopefully all is well. I have a question about the highlighted thermal pads. If I am reading the diagram correct you need to stack those pads on points a little bit? I installed a couple of waterblocks in my lifetime but I never had to stack them. Can someone give me some clarity please. Don't want to mess the installation up. Thnx in advance.

Hi, the heat conducting pads do not stack up. One component is slightly lower than the other. If you mount the pads correctly, they should not overlap.
