To Update Shipping address

May i know the status of my order. it has been 14 days and i have yet been notified whether it has been shipped or its whereabouts.

I have emailed info@alphacool.com and have yet to receive any response as well.

Our support team is currently somewhat understaffed due to illness. Therefore, I have to ask for a little patience.

It appears that the shipping address provided is incomplete and the parcel is with the courier in the destination country.
Any advice on how i should update the courier?

I have emailed 'info@alphacool.com' my order number and the complete address. would they be able to assist in providing the courier the full address?

If you orderd over UPS, maybe its possible, with all other parcels, no. But only support can care about this.
