Hello,
I have this great cooling but now with crackling sound. The pump is running but i got temps around 80 degree while gaming. Is it ok to have those temps? Or is it something happening with EisWolf? Also, what setup is best on fan bios setting? Pump or Fan?
Thanks guys for reply.

Hi, you can do the bios setting for the fans on both pump or fan header but it depends also on the mother board that you have you need to check the manual. Is it possible to shoot a short video or sound data of that noise and send it or upload it here please?

Video is not a problem. I will do that when I get home from work. On motherboard I have fan header and also pump header. In bios I can set which will be fan or pump. But what is the best for eiswolf? I am sure I have some problems but don't know where. The card is undervolt -150, core is on 1400mhz and mem is 900mhz. When I start bench the temperature is somewhere in 40c and after some time I hit 80-82c but no more. Also the radiator is hot so I assume that the pump is working properly. Thanks

You can use both but i would recommend to connect the Eiswolf to the fan header. Possibly you need to remount the block and apply the paste using the least ammount of paste possible. The temperatures are to high. Please do not forget the video. Thank you.

Paste applied is not thick. I have repaste gpu more than 3 times. It was holding temperature for 1 day an then same result. I am using kryonaut.

Not from you directly. It is from Slovak site tichepc.sk. Also this setup was not directly purchased by me. I have bought it from a hand. I love your brand and had some product from u also I am watching some tech channels and wanted this long time ago. Till now was perfekt. After my cleanup it's better also hottest poin is max 77c. But pump makes still noise.

Do you think you can replace the pump in the unit? If yes i need you to write an email to info@alphacool.com Please do not forget to provide your address so we can send you a pump for the replacement :)

Oh dude, u mean this really? :D Thanks alphacool. I will be happy to change it. How is it with cable's tho? Also one thing I wanted to ask you about. One plastic piece above pump needs to "sit" on the pump place? Or it is only obove and sits on corners (don't know if you know what I mean). This is before I started to clean it up. OMG this looks really messy  The block must be arround 3 years old right? You need the rubber ring too which is placed on the top of the pump.
We will send you all the needed parts to make it work and clean again ^^

You haven't seen the fins :D its shame I don't got more photos. I have cleaned 2 hours whole cooler :D The eiswolf was purchased 12.2017. I don't know what was before me but I think he knew about problems but didn't tell me nothing (the whole place was covered with thermal paste, after disassembled it from passive). And yes there is rubber ring over whole pump. But this plastic segment above pump sits well on the left side but right (above pump) is not "clicked" into pump segment.

I assume the owner before you has never cleaned it or changed the fluid. Yes the rubber ring sits only on the left side. This is the old combination of the build that were using in the past.

You are very welcome dude :) and do not forget to send the email asap. I would also advise to use some anti corrosion fluid to avoid future problems.
