Where is are my orders?

I placed an order on Feb 7th. I tried understanding German but I am not sure what happened.

Order number : 30193025
and
Order number: 30193024

One of them did not process payment, and the other one I was charged. I tried to cancel, but it did not go through, and I see no refund yet. However, I would STILL LIKE TO RECIEVE the product if I was charged.

If so, can I have a tracking number or something? I do not want to cancel my order. Thank you.

You've ordered the same cooler twice, which has been out of stock so far. It will take some time before it's back in stock. The delivery dates are likely to be updated tomorrow; we are currently clarifying this. Regarding your payments, I'm unable to assist you here; you'll need to contact support directly. They are currently overwhelmed with a high volume of emails and may take several days to respond. Emails are processed in the order they are received.
