XPX waterblock problem - how do I RMA or get a new one?

Dear Sir!
I have an order 3011147. Where XPX CPU waterblock was used with only copper radiators and CKC Cape Kelvin Catcher Clear. With only Alphacool parts! And here is what we have after only 7month of using.
