Little Crack in Alphacool Apex Soft 18W/mk Thermalpad

Hi, I have a small (way less than 1mm) crack in my Alphacool Apex Soft 18W/mk Thermalpad, since I installated it. How much do you think does it affect its functionality and longevity, it would be expensive to replace the pad, do you think it needs to be replaced though?
