Just speculation from my forum browsing, but I believe they have started shipping. However the demand is high so depending on when you placed your order you may be waiting for a few weeks.
FYI I placed an order for a 5090 TUF block on March 12, and my order is still "in process".

Yes, it was shipped out 2 days ago, on the 28th. I did not receive an email or anything. I just happened to check my order status, which had the tracking number listed.
