AIO for Thermaltake Core P5

Hi,

I'm looking for an AIO for CPU that will have hoses long enough to fit onto the Thermaltake Core P5 case. Unfortunately I was not able to find any information what length of hoses is required in order for radiator to sit in the cutout of the case.

I need 420mm and I was thinking perhaps one of Alphacools AIOs + extension hoses would do the trick, but I'm not sure I these can be used to simply extend the length of the hose?

The extension tubes we offer won’t help you in this case. They can only extend one tube because the Eisbaer has a quick-release connector on just one of them. The only logical option would be to disassemble the Eisbaer, extend both tubes like in a regular DIY water cooling setup using new tubing, then reassemble and refill the system. However, the effort and cost involved would end up being almost the same as installing a standard DIY cooling setup, which would ultimately deliver better performance and be much more flexible for future upgrades.

Thanks Eddy, I don't want a custom loom. Would you say 45-50cm tubing on the aio is enough length for that case (if you have any experience with the p5 case) ?

I actually have the P5 myself, but to be honest, I can’t say for sure whether 50 cm will be enough or already too much. I’ve never used an AIO, only DIY setups. Most AIOs have tubes around 30–34 cm long, and our Eisbaer AIOs have 42 cm tubes. I’m fairly confident that 50 cm will be sufficient — I’d even bet that the 42 cm tubes on the Eisbaer should already be long enough.
