yes i talk about a one loop i saw it's not recommended to put an aio radiator at the bottom of a case since the pump is the highest point of the loop and it's bad for longevity. but i wanted to be sure that this problem is eliminated when you extend the loop with another aio .
so thx to confirm...
hello.
i have an eiswolf 2 for rtx 3090fe and my question is:
if i buy an eisbear for my cpu and make an expanded loop with the 2 aios , will i be able to put one of the 2 rad on the bottom of my case if the other is on front ?
in this case the highest point of the loop should not be the pumps...
hi . just installed this amazing aio and very happy with the result!
but i'm the "no rgb at all please" kind of guy and now the only light in my case is the green Geforce RTX logo from the eiswolf pump.
is there a way to disable it ? if not i'll deal with it because i love the cooling a lot ...
Hi I saw on the compatibility list that eiswolf2 for 3090 fe listed as "coming soon" (the 3080 de is listed as "na")
Can you confirm that qn eiswolf2 for 3090 FE is really planned ?
Thank you
hello.
since eiswolf 2 for 3090 founders editions will not exist . i plan for this summer to go for a full custom watercooling.
cpu : amd 5900x
gpu : rtx3090 founders edition
case : fractal design meshify 2 xl
i never had a custom wc so i'm a total newbie in this. my case can handle 2 420 rad...
bad news .
i just receive a mail from the alphacool support and it's say they will not produce eiswolf for 3090 founders edition so it will be only reference card :/
the only solution left is a custom loop or other brand ( like bykski but with bad communication and issue with aio waterblock...
thank you for your answer.
i saw on another post (in january) an alphacool official say that they effectively plan to do eiswolf for reference 3080/90 AND founders edition after.
so it's good news.
The reference version was plan for february but have some delay due to the shitty situation .
and...
I would like to know aswell.
I have a 3090 FE that I'd like to cool with an aio and alphacool is the only solid brand that make some (saw bykski but there is some struggle with their water block version so I'll pass) .
I already have an aio for cpu and very satisfied so I don't want to deal...
