I assume that the elekronik of the pumps PCB is damaged. There is two solution we can offer. You send us the system back we check it and repair or change the pump and send it back to you. Or if you think you are able to to change it by your self than we can send you a pump to do so. Thank you...

If its not a reference card then i can only say that we have to wait and see the demand on it. If it is worth we probably will produce a block for this card but i can not tell much for the moment.

As far i could find out there is no block for this card. I can not tell you for now that we will produce a block for it as the availability of the 30XX cards are very chaotic at the moment. We need to wait and see the demand for it. Thank you.

This temperatures are not usual and too high. Before we can say anything we need a photo of the prints from the pads and paste. If you want we can send you some thermal paste and pads so you can deinstall the block to see the prints and shoot a photo. After that you can replace the old ones...
