Hi, it is hard to tell from distance what the problem is really. If the pump stops and starts over and over i assume it s a problem on the PCB or layout. You need to return the product back to your reseller regarding RMA replace.

Well it should work but i am not a fan of torturing pumps ^^ I would advise a stronger pump for this build.

Well as i wrote above Australia is expensive to ship. You are probably right getting car parts faster and cheaper but this depends also on the conditions that you get from the forwarder. If we would be like VW surely we would get better pricing from them.
