I think Eddy was mentioning not only the 2080TI but all the Strix models. And he is right we can not produce for every single graphics card an Eiswolf. You can not make everything right for everyone. I treat this sentence with humor really :) and wish you more fun.

This information is correct. The ARGB,s are operating with 3 Pin and at 5V. 4 Pin connections are for non addressable RGB at 12V. As Sonny has wrote to you contact Asus first please. .
