Hi there, this does not sound to me like the pump dude. It is more like the fans are tighten too much and they are some how touching the radiator. Just as an idea to see what will happen can you untighten the screws from the fans a bit?
Hmm :unsure: this is really strange. I just checked at our shop and i can see your account without any problems. Just searched for it via your email address.
The PIN occupancy is always the same. 5V - DATA - GROUND The 5V one is marked you can not miss it. And yes they are JST 3Pin connectors. On the upper photo left the pin on the right side is the 5v cable. It is marked behind that is why you can not see it on this picture.
Please do not forget that we sell this block without the back plate. You need to purchase it seperatly. (You can not use the original backplate as this block covers several different grafics cards.)

We dont know if Gigabyte has changed the PCB but if it is the original version it will fit. Have you got a bare photo of your graphics card PCB? If yes we can double check it ^^
