That's a typo, I meant "to the email provided", I've corrected it. Course, no modification was done. A lot of thinking yes but I couldn't get to a consensus about what's wrong. Once I get an answer from the ticket I'll update this.

No. All four around the core don't make contact. Measuring the height will be difficult, I don't plan on opening it up again before hearing from alphacool. Yes all spacers were removed. Hope that helps

Yep, I also believe the same. However that's @Alphacool to sort not me, as they have the card listed as compatible with the block. I've never had any other block but Bykski, about 5 of them along the last 6-7 years. When I decide to spend 80GBP more in a block, is a half baked one.. :p
