Thank you! While solution 2 sounds at some point attractive for me but I have no idea how to fill such systems. I agree for solution 1: I already packed whole set with documents back in the box which is ready to be sent but now, since I am from Russia, I need to know "what, where and how" I start.

Yes, I tried to put everything back as it was the day I installed it first time but didn't help. Your theory has a chance to live because AIO is not fully filled with fluid as I understand (can be wrong though) and when I rotated radiator most of fluid was probably moved inside of radiator and...

I am owner of Eiswolf AIO for GPU (RTX 2080 Ti) which sadly died for me but would be nice to see once in future a 360 mm radiators for GPU AIOs because I had to replace my dead Eiswolf with CPU's 360 mm AIO and I won extra ~7 degrees but it has short tubes and I couldn't properly install it...
