Die 3% Toleranzen beziehen sich auf die Vorkammern die händisch verlötet werden müssen und daher die Radiatoren in der Gesamtlänge um ~1-2mm variieren können. Das trifft im übrigen auf alle Radiatoren aller Hersteller zu. Es kommuniziert nur keiner and Endkunden weil es in diesem Bereich nicht...
