Sure, you can change all parts like you want. V.2 radiators have flat threads and if you use TPV tubing you will not need new fittings. But.... you will need to refill the loop and that is not very easy. Take your time to do it.

Since we are not sure wich kind of connection between backplate and cooler we will make..... i would say, with an eiswolf it will be maybe not possible to use the active cooled backplate.
