The noise will be more or less the same with two pumps. With a custom pump... yes... you can run it with less noise but the differences are very low. You dont need to change the liquid in AIOs. You can run them over 3-4 years and longer without issues.

I think thats not a problem with 6 x 140mm ST30 with only push.

I was talking mainly with only Push on ST30 rads. Overclocking with the 3090 is more or less usless. And the max Powertarget of 3090 cards is mostly something between 400-450W. Wich CPU? Threadripper? Depends on how much voltage you like to use. Could be 300, could also be over 400W.

So 280W CPU + around 350-400W GPU.... lets talk about 700W at all. I would recomend 6x 140mm space for a quiet solution with 1000rpm fans wich also works well with an ambient temperatures of up to 35°C. More is nice to have, but it would also work well with 5x 140mm with XT45 in Push&Pull.

To be honest, i know absolutly not one flow meter on the water cooling market wich shows such low flow rates accurately.

The "theoretical max flow rate" of the Eisbaer pump has 75L/h. In the loop its more or less around 35-40L/h, so the Eisfluegel will not work.
