I am noticing that most of chipsets layout are kind of similar for many motherboards manufacturers. I also noticed that after GPU/CPU the hotest area inside a pc is the chipset so my suggestion would be to include an waterblock for chipset in your loops.

according to this article https://www.eteknix.com/manli-launches-gallardo-series-rtx-2080-and-2080-ti-cards/ both gpu's are coming from same OEM which means the PCB's are identical. However i can dismantle my Manli and make some hi-res pictures of the PCB and send them via email to your tech team.
