2 Week Delivery Guarantee?

so I placed my order on January 29th, and according to tracking it left Colorado this morning, February 16th. I recall seeing somewhere that if an order doesn’t arrive within two weeks, I’m ‘no longer bound’ to the order. Does this mean that I get a refund even if the package eventually arrives?

I don't know where you read about the 2 weeks, but that's not correct. Therefore, nothing is automatically refunded. Refunds will only be made if the goods are returned to us undamaged and as good as new.
