Hi, ETA for your order is the 6th of November.
Hi, the ETA of your oder has been changed. It is now the 16th of November. Shall we cancel the order and refund you the ammount back?
The reason for the delays are the shipping options. The container ships has to be 1/3 empty in case of the use for medical equipment transportation. Air freights are allowed only up to 60 kilogram. A block with packaging weights approx. 2 kilogram. Means with every transport we can get only 30 blocks which is awful. Belive me it is very annoying for us also. Most of the people think that we do not tell the truth and getting frustrated. Some times i have the feeling that people do not get how serius the situation is.
We do part delivery only here in Germany i am sorry.
