Hi I got the eiswolf 2 for my 3090 asus strix last week when installed my memory temperature was at 95 degrees when I removed waterblock the memory thermal pads were not making contact with the block will include pictures of this how I found it with original pads back plate was fine making good contact my gpu temperature was good at 52 degrees under load and hotspot 66 degrees so happy there I messaged support on Thursday and got an answer this morning to day Tuesday and have sent them pictures of pads they supplied will wait and see what they say.

In the mean time I got sum gelid thermal pads off amazon 1.5mm and used for the memoy left other pads as standard ones supplied in box and it has lowered memory temperature to 70 degrees max so that worked but now gpu temperature is 70 degrees and hotspot 89 degrees underload anyone have any ideas thinking 1.25mm pads for memory but can not find ones in that thickness
not taken apart yet to see if thermal compound made contact any help guys appreciated thanks.

Please use only one channel when communicating. In your case our email customer support.
If you use multiple channels, it makes the work more difficult and increases the duration of a response, because we first have to collect all the pieces together 😵‍💫
Please write your problems to our support via email :)
