This product is End of Live, therefore this one spare part is also no longer available and only a complete replacement is possible.
No manufacturer keeps spare parts for products that are End of Live forever. Not even EK or anyone else.
There is nothing more to say about it here. The discussion is going round in circles. The fact is that this spare part is not available separately.

After 6 months, that's taking the biscuit done you think, no parts are available within the 12 month warrenty period?
As for you replace whole part how do you do that when it dosnt come under rma terms,
Now I could have been dishonest and said your bracket fell off, in which case it would be possable covered, but I'm not dishonest, I caught the bracket while I removed unit for cleaning, this is not covered, so basacally your saying put it in bin, the item is made to be taken apart for cleaning, but seals and such not avail after 6 months hummmm, I hope people are reading this
