5080 block leaking

Hello, I'm looking for support. I just got my new PC parts in place, including a Gigabyte Windforce OC SFF 16G RTX 5080 and the Alphacore "Core GPU Block Series", Model: 10290. I ran a leak test overnight without issue and was super excited to get into some gaming. So I booted up a modern 3D intensive game and watched as the system temps started to go up (as expected). Everything looked good until about 5 minutes in, I noticed a drip forming on the outside of the water block! I immediately shut down my PC and started to investigate. I found the leak was NOT coming from the attached water lines or ports (the port fitting was completely dry and I can see exactly where the drips are forming), but rather from the block itself. The drips are forming near the outlet port but between the acrylic block and the attached port piece. So this appears to be an issue with the block itself and not the plugs or ports. It also only seems to occur when the water temp starts to rise, somewhere > 40 degrees Celsius.

I attached a screenshot, but it's easier to see in the linked video.

So, do I have a lemon here? How should I proceed?

Thanks in advance.

That really sucks. You can try the following: unscrew the fittings and then remove the black caps on the terminal – they are just clipped on. Then check the three screws holding the terminal and tighten them again if necessary.
If that doesn’t help, the next step would be to go through RMA: info@alphacool.com

Sorry, I know how annoying and frustrating it is to have to take everything apart again.
