5090 Waterblock Delays?

Can we get an update as to the cause of the 5090 Waterblock delays? Would be nice to have some context of why they are another 1-2 weeks delayed passed the previous commitment date?

It's like a garden where one plant grows so aggressively that it takes up all the space and resources, leaving no room for the others to thrive.
