Account VAT ID not getting saved.

Hello Alphacool Support,

I created an account on shop.alphacool.com for B2B purchasing, but I'm
experiencing a bug where my VAT ID does not save in the company address form.
Issue:
1. I enter the VAT ID in the company address form
2. System says "saved" but the field is empty when I edit again (tried multiple browsers)
3. Prices still show including German VAT

Could you please advise on a workaround

Hi,

I have to admit that we occasionally run into a system error on our end. We’re working on it, but so far we don’t know why some customers are affected.
In this case, please send an email to info@alphacool.com with all the information that is normally required in the registration form. We’ll then create the account manually. Please note that this can take 1–2 days.
I can only apologize for the inconvenience. All systems of this kind will be replaced next year, so hopefully issues like this will then be a thing of the past.

There is an issue in the system with the VATs on the website. I can’t say exactly what the current status is on the IT side. Ideally, you should simply send an email to info@alphacool.com, preferably with a screenshot of the error if possible. Unfortunately, I can’t provide more details, as this is not something I’m involved in or can work on directly.
I only know that it’s being worked on and that it doesn’t affect every customer.
