As i understand, he used for the order another email adress than he is using for Paypal and he like to change the email adress from his Alphacool account to the email adress from his Paypal accout.... is that right?
If yes, you need to write us an email from the mailadress you used for the Alphacool account with an info that you like to change the emailadress.

No i have checked it at PayPal and our system. Both email addresses are identical. We have even received the payment already

Hmm this is really strange. I just checked at our shop and i can see your account without any problems. Just searched for it via your email address.
