If you want your system silent, I would recommend at least the 360mm version of the Aurora LT.

I can't install it in FORMDT1 ( So only 240 is my otion. I would love to know how much tdp it can handle without issues so i can lock it's PL2

It depends on the fans that you are using really. if you run a 120 mm fan with 800 RPM you can remove approx.. 100W TDP. For example with a industry fan you can remove arround 1000W TDP with the same radiator. But they have to run really fast.
