Alphacool Apex VPP doesn‘t work

Hello dear forum members,

I connected my Alphacool Apex VPP to my reservoir. Mounted in my PC case. The power cable is then connected to the power supply with an extension cable. Water filled into the reservoir. The power cord to the power supply and to the power outlet. And the power supply has been turned on, but nothing is happening. Why?

I would be very happy if someone could give me some advice.

did you also start your computer or did you use a ATX Jumper to start your power supply without starting the computer?

I am sorry for a hastened request. I plugged in my motherboard cable into the power supply and put in the seasonic motherboard ATX Jumper on the motherboard output. On that ATX Jumper you have to press a button in order to activate the power supply. Tested my Apex VPP and everything worked just fine. Thanks for a quick response nonetheless.
