alphacool core 1 cpu block

Hello guys im building a new system with a core 1 cpu block.
my questions are:

1) can i rotate 90º or 180º so the in/ out it can align with the lialin 0d11 g1 distro plate
2) i will lose performance ?

With a 180° rotation, you do not lose any performance. With a 90° rotation, you will experience a performance loss. On AMD CPUs, the impact is significantly greater than on Intel CPUs.
