Alphacool Core 1 Cpu mounting system not secure !

Hi,

I want to know if it is normal that the mounting system of the waterblock (Alphacool core 1 CPU aurora carbon) is not secured and doesn' attach,
I saw some video (Aquatuning. Dazmode) where they say that once you put the 2 pieces of the mounting
system onto the waterblock it is not supposed to be detached that easily (it's very. very easy).

Did I commit a error ? Can you give the procedure of the assembly, please ?

I put it like this on the waterblock but it is too loose…

In the moment.... because of tons of requests, a few days. I know, that is stupid, and we have now brought in people from other departments to answer the queries. It's pretty crazy at the moment. But it's just getting better.

Sorry to bother you (again) but your colleague told me to sent a invoice of my purchase 26 March 2025 to
get a replacement of waterblock. But since, I didn't receive any update or message.
According to the email, I have until Friday 4 April 2025 to give a proof of purchase to get
a replacement.

I don't understand the problem now? An invoice is always required. No matter where something was bought.
Unfortunately, the response times are still quite long. But I can't really do anything about that. If I gave priority to everyone who writes here in the forum, then other customers would be at a disadvantage. We don't do that.
