Hello, I have installed 2 of these splitters. Unfortunately, my fans or their speeds are not being recognized correctly. I have installed 3 Coolermaster Halo fans on each splitter, which are PWM capable, but as mentioned, the read speeds are not correct. How can I fix this? The motherboard is the Asus ROG Strix x570-e with the latest BIOS installed.

It's a simple analog unmodulated signal. You can't read more, than one fan speed on one socket. Some Chinese factories put speed signal pin on every split plug, because some stupid customers keep wrongfully demanding refunds and writing false reviews.

In what way are they not being read correctly? On each controller, you can only read the RPM of a single fan. Your motherboard header can also only read one signal. So, if you connected both controllers together using a Y-cable and then plugged that into a single PWM header on the motherboard, it cannot be read correctly. That’s technically impossible. But you’ll need to be more specific here—what exactly is being read, and how is everything connected?
