Hello.
I have an https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...orce-rtx-4090-gamerock-phantom-with-backplate

I always had serious problems with the hotspot temperature with this block so i replaced the thermal pads with the hope that it'll improve.
In theory the thermal pad sizes are as in the manual, but in practice now my hotspot temps are 115c.

How can i get thermal pads that are the RIGHT SIZE in thickness and preferably also better than 5w conductivity?

ps the included thermal pads were either extremely shit quality or also somewhat wrong thicknesses.

If you are suspecting that your GPU is affected with the GPu DIe Package problem, where the GPU DIe is soldered outside Nvidia Tolerances, you can write a mail to info@alphacool.com with photos from the imprints and placement of the thermal pads and paste and a screenshot from HWInfo, so that we can check it. If your GPU is affected with the problem, we will provide very soft thermal pads, which can handle the problem.
