Alphacool Eisbaer 360 pump problem

After 2 months of usage the pump begins to make a loud noise, or, more precisely, to crackle. What the plausible reason of this problem and what I may to do?

I didn't quite understand what is "turn over the water block". Did you mean to pour off all liquid from the cooler and then fill it up, or something else?

The window of the CPU block unit has to show up and the Alphacool logo must be parallel to the GPU.

I'm having the same noise problem after 10 months but refill and turn over the water block doesn't resolve the problem. it's seems a bearing noise problem to me.
