Alphacool eisbaer lt 360 problem

Hi! I got a problem with my alphacool eisbaer lt 360 cooling system. I bought it one year ago. It was the first time I’ve bought alphacool product. Everything was good. But today I found out that my 9900k processor is very hot in stock(90degrees (Celsius)). CPU usage is 1-3%. I checked radiator: it was cold. I think that the pump is dead and water doesn’t circulate in the system. I decided to check pump speed in bios but it doesn’t see the pump.

On wich header dod you connect the pump? BEcause you can read out the rpm of the pump to check if its working.

Well, it was system fun 5 in bios(sys_fun5_pump on motherboard). The information about rpm of the pump was shown in bios before. Now there is no information.

Put port 5 on max speed. If you dont get any informations about RPM after that, the pump is dead.

Nothing happens. Looks like it is dead) So, what should I do now? I have a problem with finding someone, who can fix it. Seems like no one in my country can. Electronics store, where I bought the cooling system sent me to you because the warranty period(12 months) is over
