Alphacool Eisbaer LT360 CPU Pump Noise

Hello , recently bought Eisbaer and it looks amazing and is keeping my Ryzen 9 3900x pretty low.
But now after 3 or 4 weeks of use of the pump makes a weird noise and the temp went from 38c -42c to 50c-55c in idle.
I checked all my fans if the noise was coming from them, but no its coming from the pump.

Well we can offfer two solutions on this issue. You contact your reseller regarding RMA/Replace or we send you the pump unit to replace it. You think you can replace the block and refill the system?

No you dont need to change the fittings they are G1/4 to 11/8 mm. We would recommend to use distilled water with some anti-corrosion fluid
