The instructions didn't state which was inlet or outlet only marked with triangles. I might have gotten my ports switched. I assumed that the triangle pointing upwards meant inlet.

My current setup is inlet on the right and my outlet is on the left.
After doing some quick searching, I found out that the arrows were meant to point out flow.
I currently have a 5900x + 6800 with a 280 rad and it's idling at around 36 C with an ambient of 30 C.
Will changing the flow in the block have a huge effect in my loop?

A change in the specified flow direction can cause a negative effect. Our GPU coolers are designed for a specific flow direction and it is not recommended to change it.
