No, that will not work. The PCB layouts of the 3090 and 3090 Ti cards are significantly different. The cooler definitely does not fit your 3090.

Thanks a lot for your answer, i will then try to purchase a used waterblock to go with what seems to be a good offer on the website concerning the active back plate for a 3090 ftw3.
