I sent email to info@alphacool.com but I am also posting text here for visibility so other people are aware of the issue.
I have 4090 palit gamerock. I installed Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Geforce RTX 4090 GameRock + Phantom with backplate on it. As I understand the installation was successful.
The issue I have is that the GPU does not appear to fully sit in PCI-e bracket (bracket does not even click when I fully insert the GPU like it was with stock aircooler). I have gigabyte b650i aorus ultra motherboard.
I think the waterblock is not compatible with this motherboard. I have not seen any caveat re this on the site or anywhere else. I am a bit disappointed and caught off guard
